Portrait

Over the summer of 2023, I started a portrait project. I saw other people doing these very serious and moody portraits that were always hinting at some conceptual deeper meaning. I saw this and wanted to make images that were the opposite of that. Something where it was clear that the subject and the photographer weren't taking themselves too seriously. I also focused on capturing motion and action in these photos because after all still images don't typically portray motion very well.
